Your name is on the amphitheater
Your name is on the amphitheater, so this is yours! You need better entry signage and the people directing traffic need some instructions and information. We were directed from one parking area to another in search of the Premier Parking lot that we paid $40 for in the hopes that the Handicap parking in that area would be closer to the venue than the FREE parking. It wasn’t! But by that time, after running back and forth at the direction of your attendants we parked but not in a handicap spot because they were all full. The three of us, a stroke victim with mobility issues, a person who had a total knee replacement 2 months ago, and a person who’s had both knees replaced and is having ankle replacement surgery soon walked down the hill and across two parking lots to get in after the concert began. Leaving after the show was an even bigger hassle as everyone who paid the ridiculous $40 to park farther away than the free parking had to all stand in line to pass through a single gate that’s under six feet across. Then up the hill and across another lot to our car. The concert was great, but the venue diminished the greatness to the “Fool me once, shame on you” category because you won’t fool me twice!
