STEAR CLEAR OF US TRADEMARK HUB - SCAMMERS!!
WARNING — I strongly recommend staying away from US Trademark Hub and Deputy Sol TM. My experience with US Trademark Hub has been extremely concerning. I paid this company for trademark services, but instead of seeing the services I expected completed, I was continually asked for additional money. When I questioned the delays, I was repeatedly told that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office was responsible. Hailey Pierce was one of the primary people I dealt with, along with other members of their team who answered the phone. I also became concerned when I discovered that names displayed on their website did not appear to correspond with the people I was actually dealing with. I was eventually told that I would receive a refund. That refund has also been delayed and, as of the date of this review, the situation remains unresolved. I would also strongly caution consumers about Deputy Sol TM, which was involved in processing transactions related to my dealings with US Trademark Hub. If you see either US Trademark Hub or Deputy Sol TM associated with your trademark services or payments, I recommend doing your own investigation before sending any money. Based on my experience, I believe the practices I encountered were misleading and potentially deceptive. I strongly encourage anyone dealing with these companies to independently verify their trademark application and its actual status directly with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. STAY CLEAR OF US TRADEMARK HUB AND DEPUTY SOL TM.
