USSL unreliable COVID tests
My flight was yesterday and despite sending several emails requesting the results the company didn't reply. I had to pay for another test somewhere else. I received the results after the time informed in my first contact although in the document states the results were processed in the same day. Company is unreliable, and according to a NBCs article the results are either unreliable.
