So i did some research and notice all these negative comments and now i see why. I applied for a loan just to see how the services were. Needless to say i did not need the loan. They made up to phoney excuses not knowing i have money. I may close my account. The people are phoney and the service is poor. Do not recommend the credit union.

I’ve had an acct with the Senate Credit Union since 1983, primarily for checking/debit, a Visa and a couple different loans. Their customer service is good - scores a B+. A good place to bank, especially since everything is online banking. They were good with all.

Great credit union. A prominent leader in DC suggested them. They're always improving and reducing the cost of doing business with them. Will never go back to a traditional bank!
