Great Service
I needed assistance with having my MMS turned back on after my Lumia 640 had some updates made. I spoke with Sean, who is a customer Technician rep. who did an excellent job of explaining why the MMS information was not valid and he walked me through the necessary steps to have the MMS working again. He was professional but yet friendly and courteous. I love the affordable rates that U S Mobile offers.
