The web site was confusing and I felt that It mispresented what a month subscription costs. It suggests signing up, 8 dollars monthly, then download the item you want, then cancel the subscription. It was like a bate and switch. Found out that the monthly subscription was actually 40 dollars BEWARE

I tried to find a legal form and thought I had to sign up first. Since it said $15/mo cancel anytime I tried it. It turned out to be $15/mo for 12 mo or $180/yr. When I tried to cancel they said sorry, we will refund you $121 and charge $59 for 1 month. This was not what I thought I was buying and I see many complaints about this on BBB site.

Terrible company to deal with for a refund. They charged me $40 for one form when I cancelled after only one day. They make it look like it's $8 a month but they charge you for a full year upfront.

This is a horrible website low quality and bad customer service as soon as I bought it I wanted a refund. Didn't get it.

UPDATE: Yes, I was told that a full refund would be processed. However, it seems that it wasn't going to happen until I mentioned Trustpilot and BBB and that the reviews said the same thing. If a person does not really push, then they may just give up and get a partial refund. I still think it is a very shady way to do business. The description, obviously has been a problem for years. Fix the description! (Oh, but why fix it when you get many people to pay that won't fight for the refund.) I, like many other people, signed up thinking it would be $15.00 payment a month and after a month I could cancel. Instead they CHARGED me an annual fee of $180.00 IMMEDIATELY, I contacted the customer service. I was told "If you sign up for a monthly plan, will be billed $59./month". No where was there mention of $59.00 /month. Then was told that they can change my subscription to a one-month subscription MONDAY and issue a partial refund of $121. When I responded to Sandy in Customer Service the only response was "We do not offer a subscription for $15" In looking at review on Trust Pilot as well as the Better Business Bureau, I was one of MANY. Some signed up and it was $8.00 a month at that time. I guess they have gone up on prices. This is horrible!

Awful experience! I filled out my Last Will and Testament, POA, and Living Will using these forms. I sent them back completed as instructed and received an email saying they were in process of being reviewed and finalized by the company. A month later I had not heard another word and emailed them at the contact number for assistance. Got back an email asking me a couple of questions that I amswered. The next email I get says the issue has been closed. $128 later and I still have nothing. I DO NOT recommend this company at all! I work hard for my money and it didnt bother them to take it from me and give me nothing in return!

Purchased 5 minutes ago - document that was presented on website is NOT what I am can download from their inventory... this is giving me a bad case of buyers remorse... they did answer phone when I called for assistance, but that is the only good thing I can say at this writing. can only say "buyer beware" at this writing until i get my simple document downloaded.

This is a horrible scam. Do not use their services. Their ad says $8/month, but does NOT say a full year's subscription is needed for this pricing. If you want just one form, FAQ tells you to subscribe to their services and then cancel. They don't tell you that cancellation will not be retroactive, meaning, you will end up paying for the whole 12 months, when you cancel after downloading one form. Also, their form sucks. Shame on you.
