Received a bill after purchasing mat
Ordered a gym mat online. Received a message that day that the listing on their website was incorrect and I owed another $60 for the mat and $350 for shipping. Shipping previously listed as free. The note said I could submit payment or receive a refund. I emailed back immediately that I wanted a refund. Despite multiple emails and a full voicemail box that prevents messages, no one responded. I continued to get bills in order to receive my merchandise. Contested the charges through my credit card company and they haven’t received a response either. Waiting for final grace period to pass before the credit card company will reimburse me. Do not recommend this company at all.
