Communication was very open and easy and specific, and I was able to send my prescription to any pharmacy I chose. They even provided a means to get a discount on the prescription, and was there with me every step of the way! Great service!

TEMI is helping remove some of the insane bureaucracy from a simple need: a prescription refill. I have used Temi 3 times. Twice for new medications and once for renewing a prescription. My need was precipitated by moving from Maryland back to Florida; with the move, my health care relationships changed. On this refill, the pharmacy was not responsive 3 days after getting the refill request. TEMI reached out to me proactively, switched the pharmacy, and we are now back on track.
