Using the trial version and had a problem with not seeing the widget on a mobile phone. Jonathan was most helpful informing me that it was a cache issue and helped me to figure it out through a meet video. Excellent customer service.

Really like the widget although it seems to have trouble at smaller screen sizes it really enhances the experience for viewers of my site, and addresses the key needs of individuals with a variety of barriers to interacting with the site.

The plugin and add to code worked flawlessly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Some issues though with adding multiple sites. When I tried to add them it kept saying 'already in list', but it wasn't in list! I came to believe what it really should've said was "this is a subsite of a domain already in the list", but I still had to add the code to each subsite. Confusing, but I got it working. Also discouraging to see the twenty million things that aren't available unless you subscribe. I get it that nothing is really free, but it felt like the 'free' version was basically useless. It's not, but that's how it's presented. That said, so far it's working without issue.

I love the options you open up for inclusive websites, and the ease of integration. The process of signing on and seeing the initial options is good at first, but as you move through it seems like you can't do back. So I set up one of my two websites (created with WIX), but didn't know how to return to the video instructions and options for my other web site (created with Weebly).

Plugin works great, but it was conflicting with "WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool" that I need to pass, to deliver the webpage to a client. So i had to deactivate it.
