Worse customer service ever I mean ever to argue with a customer and than find out your wrong and laugh about it you all suck this don't surprise me at all look at other people reviews. Says it all

What went wrong ? What did not go wrong...the absolute rudest, disinterested, I informed customer service organization on the planet. They freeze your account for reasons only known to themselves. Giving you no notice then having you jump through ridiculous. hoops to relieve your monies and benefits. The worse and they should be sued repeatedly and often. Byron D. I would give this institution 0 or -5 stars if it was an option. My information was stolen resulting in the loss of over a thousand dollars, which they basically told me to eat shit about. Every customer service agent is half asleep, rude, and has their fire detectors beeping in the background (I am not joking.) They'll hang up on you, argue with you, tell you to call back while they are exactly the one you are supposed to talk to to correct a problem. We requested Mays statement and they sent us a woman named May's private information, including her social security number, card number, birthday, account number, and full statement for the month of July (when we requested my May statement). We will be taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS BANK IF YOU HAVE A BETTER OPTION.

I have been trying to send verification to direct express but it keeps getting declined and I need my money from the card they kept 2 months worth and refuse to give it to me I get stuck waiting on hold longer than I do on ssi all for them to say they need vacation for them to deny all of it.

My sister lives in assisted living and depends on her account to pay her monthly cost-of-living expenses there. For over two months, this bank has withheld her funds and refused to activate her card. Every time we contact them, we’re told we need to complete yet another step, only to be told afterward that something else is required — an endless loop with no resolution and no funds released. This isn’t a minor inconvenience. It’s her livelihood and her ability to pay for her own care. A financial institution holding an elderly, vulnerable customer’s money hostage through bureaucratic runaround is unacceptable and, in my view, warrants scrutiny from federal banking regulators. If you’re considering this bank for an elderly or disabled family member, think twice. Time today on the phone 1 hour 32 minutes and 3rd time placed on hold

Extremely complicated interface, seemingly impossible to set up card-to-bank transfer, horrible service, zero accountability. They are preying on veterans and recipients of social security.

This company should be put out of business---how on earth do they get by with all the crap that they get by with??? All of my social security money get put on a DISGUSTING direct express debit card---what a HUGE pain in the ASS!! Called around the middle of MAY to get them to send me a REPLACEMENT debit card---its almost the end of AUGUST----still NO card & NO money & NO-NO-NO-NO-NO groceries!!! I want MY money back that you have STOLEN from me-------what a BUNCH of THIEVES!!! Thanks to you I am living on streets of a DISGUSTING town!!!!! My GOD!!!
