We would like to address a couple of points from your review. Firstly, US Car-Go Freight operates with full transparency and complies with all local regulations. Our office in Tampa is a legitimate and operational facility. However, we must clarify that your recent review contains some inaccuracies. It appears that you reached out to us not to inquire about our car shipping services but rather to question our team members’ ethnicities and backgrounds. Such inquiries were inappropriate and unwarranted. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service to all customers, and we expect mutual respect in all interactions. We kindly request that all future communications focus on the services we provide and be conducted with respect for all individuals involved. Discrimination or biased behavior has no place in our professional environment. If you have specific concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address them appropriately.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and want to clarify our process. We take pride in offering competitive prices that are often unmatched by our competitors. We assured you of our pricing because we have consistently delivered on our commitments. In cases where pricing changes are necessary, we follow a strict protocol: we prepare a new contract with the revised price, send it to you for approval, and only proceed once we have your confirmation and signature. We never alter the agreed-upon price right before pickup without following this process. We also informed you of the specific factors causing the change in this instance. We’re sorry for any confusion and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further to resolve any outstanding concerns. Please contact us directly at (888) 249-8840 or email us at [email protected] so we can address your situation and ensure your satisfaction.

We strive to provide accurate quotes, but transport costs can fluctuate daily due to factors like driver availability, fuel prices, weather conditions, and seasonality. It’s important to note that our contracts clearly state that both price and pick-up/drop-off times are estimates, subject to change based on these factors. Regarding your specific situation, the original quote was provided on April 22. However, you changed the pick-up date multiple times—from May 20th to June 12th, and then again from June 12th to July 19th. These changes, combined with market fluctuations, contributed to the price adjustment. Our goal is always to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers.

Regarding your booking on 6/27 with a pickup date of 7/16, we encountered challenges securing a driver. As our agent explained, and as stated in our contract and on our website, the quote provided was an estimate based on rates at that time. Due to fluctuations in supply and demand, and the nature of our carriers being smaller, independent operators, final rates can vary and schedules are often confirmed closer to the pickup date. We also understand that you were not willing to proceed with the new price based on the updated figures for July, which added to the challenges in securing a driver. When you requested a refund, our team reached out to you for additional information needed to process it. We have been trying to contact you to confirm these details but have not yet received a response.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. When the initial price fluctuated, we informed you right away of the reason for it and asked if you could wait so we could get you a driver for the same price we originally quoted. Since you couldn't wait for more days to pass, we promptly sent you an updated contract reflecting the new price. We ensured that a driver was assigned to your car shipment only after you reviewed and signed the revised contract. Additionally, our contract clearly states that the price provided is an estimate based on previous shipments, and adjustments may occur. Understanding the impact of the price change, we contributed $50 towards the increased cost as a gesture of goodwill because you are a valued customer. We strive to provide the best service possible and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
