This company is a scam!!!! This is my review I left on GOOGLE. That US CAR-GO FREIGHT LOGISTICS replied to ; Recents US Car-Go Freight Vehicle shipping agent Place details Photo of Natercia Martins Natercia Martins 3 weeks ago If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 1,000 I would. This company scammed us out of our $150 deposit. After they send us a contract for a price and was signed..the day my son's vehicle was to be delivered, Grace Morgan that works for this scam company, called my husband and I stating that the price has going to go from $350 to $1,500... Then she continued to call, send text messages trying to negotiate the price (for way more than the contract that this company signed). Since my son needed the vehicle for work, we negotiated a new price ( double what the original contract was). more than 6 different text messages Grace sent us stating that a driver had already picked up our vehicle, which was a lie, NO DRIVER EVER PICKED UP OUR VEHICLE. This company had my son miss work, I had numerous anxiety attacks ( I am a breast cancer survivor that is currently on chemo)...My other son was running back and forth from our home checking if "THIS COMPANY" picked up our vehicle. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY/GRACE MORGAN FOR PUTTING FAMILIES THROUGH HELL!!!!!!!!!! I will be seeking all lawful remedies for my sons lost wages, my anxiety, pain and suffering this company has caused us these last few days.

We believe your review is not genuine, as we don’t have any record of you as our customer. Based on the information we have, it appears to be a fake review. We encourage anyone with legitimate concerns to reach out to us directly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT OF ANY SORT!! They will quote you a low price, tell you they can get your car picked up within a day or so and take your deposit and then call you back stating that it will be double the quoted price!! They’ll say you signed the contract and you won’t get your deposit back and the price of pick up is only going to go up. They tell you they are getting you the best deal they can find.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We want to clarify that the quoted price provided was an estimate generated by our system based on various log boards for your route. This estimate may change due to factors beyond our control, such as fluctuations in fuel prices or carrier availability. We are committed to finding and providing you with the best possible options at a good price. However, we noticed that there has been no response from you since September 7. To resolve this matter and discuss the available options, please contact us directly at your earliest convenience. We are here to assist you and look forward to working together to find a satisfactory solution.

Do Not Under ANY Circumstance Do business with this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT OF ANY SORT!!!!! They will quote you a low price, take your deposit and then call you back stating that it will be double the quoted price!! They’ll say you signed the contract and you won’t get your deposit back. They lied to me and the driver sending us different contracts with different amounts. At the time of pick drop off you’re on the hook for the difference. DO NOT USE THEM OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, our process starts with sending a detailed contract and terms and conditions that explicitly mention potential uncontrollable circumstances that could affect the final price. We understand that price changes can be frustrating, and we strive to be transparent about any adjustments. When the price changed, we informed you before proceeding and obtained your consent. Additionally, we refunded half of your deposit to help offset the increased cost. We hope this explanation provides clarity on our process. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.

They gave me a quote and after they took my deposit they called back and said they could not ship the vehicle for that price and that it would $300.00 more, so I agreed to pay the difference on one stipulation, that the vehicle would be delivered no later then Friday and if it didn't get to me on Friday that they would accept the original price, they agreed and I even received a text message from the driver that it would be here on Friday. I got a call on Friday and driver said he would not make it to me today. So after multiple calls to the office I kept getting the run around and they said things happen and they couldn't refund any money etc.... then when the driver did finally arrive he demanded $50 more then what my contract stated and that he wouldn't unload my vehicle until I paid, multiple calls back to the office and they said pay the driver the extra $50 and they would refund me the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! As stated before their Google reviews are high but very suspect since most are from the same area. Look at all of the complaints on the BBB

We wanted to clarify a few things about your experience. The initial price we provide is always a quote and not a guaranteed price. We explain that any cost adjustments are determined by the drivers, not us. Similarly, estimated delivery times are subject to change. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. According to the contract, you should only have paid the driver the amount specified and nothing more. To process your $50 refund, we were unable to locate your details in our system with the email, phone number, and name provided in your review. Please contact us directly at (888) 249-8840 or email us at [email protected] so we can address this issue and assist you further. We are here to help and want to make things right.

At first this company appears legitimate but don't be fooled. Last minute, they will tell you very few drivers are in route and change date/time for the job which will not work. They also quote an initial price but will upcharge prior to the job. This company is a scam and most likely makes a great deal of money requiring upfront deposits. Don't waste your time or money.
Response from US CAR-GO FREIGHT LOGISTICSAug 27, 2024
Most carriers do not begin planning their loads until a few days prior to pickup, which often means offers may come in just a day or two before the earliest available date. While we always strive to accommodate specific time constraints, we cannot guarantee a driver will be available on the very first available pickup date. Unfortunately, in your case, there was a delay on the carrier's side, which affected the scheduled date and time with the dealership. We communicated this to you and noted that you would reschedule the pickup with the dealership for 2 PM on August 29th. We were prepared with multiple carriers to ensure we would not miss the pickup this time. However, we understand that you chose to cancel the arrangement. Since you no longer need our services, we will initiate your refund for the deposit. We appreciate your patience and hope this resolves the issue. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at (888) 249-8840 or via email at [email protected].

Please be extremely careful of doing business with this agency. They quote low, you pay a deposit of $250 and balance quoted after delivery. Turns out on the day of transporting your vehicle they tell you that it is now $350 more expensive as what they quoted you earlier as in the fine print of the contract (not on the actual invoice) that was an estimate. If you ask for your deposit back they state that there is a $200 cancellation fee. Read the contract very carefully, the print states your quote is an estimate, prepare to be charged hundreds more when day of pickup arrives.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and want to clarify our process. The quote we provided was based on an estimate, as clearly stated in the contract you signed. This contract also notes that the final price and timing are subject to change based on the actual details and logistics involved. We have not made any changes to the initial quote itself; any adjustments are communicated through updated paperwork, which must be signed by you before proceeding. Our cancellation policy, including any associated fees, is outlined in the contract. We strive for transparency and ensure that all terms are agreed upon before any changes are made. We regret any confusion and are here to address any further questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly for additional clarification.
