Hunter is an old lunatic holding a sign saying, "The End is Near!"
There is no third-party verification or transparent performance data. He claims he predicted the 2008 crisis in March, but that was later than more documented warnings. He is not recognized among early crisis predictors in academic or financial circles. His predictions are oriented toward building controversy rather than measurable investment results. He makes his money from doom and gloom warnings, like Glenn Beck and Patriot Supplies, and in the past he has been wildly incorrect. Yeah, things fall apart, so eventually some doomsayers will be proven correct. Meanwhile, you lose investment opportunities hiding your head in the sand.
