Company stands by its products and it's customers
I received an amazing teepee tent as a christmas gift from a church for my son however it happened to be damaged when we opened it. Not knowing who purchased it i took the chance emailing the company that was on the box, USATOYZ, in hopes of getting a replacement. They immediately responded and after providing a picture and batch number they sent a new tent! I am very grateful they have such amazing customer service i will be ordering my kids birthday presents from them! Great service earns forever customers!
