They are dishonest
"Please avoid purchasing anything from USA Seat Cover. They promote custom seat covers and floor mats on YouTube, even showcasing engraved car names on the mats. I submitted my car’s name for customization, but I received a generic, universal floor mat instead. After weeks of emailing their customer service, they refused to replace the mat, despite my repeated requests and threats to contact my bank for a refund. Eventually, they gave me a return address without any assurance that I would get my refund. To make matters worse, the return address isn’t even in the USA—it's in Thailand. They are dishonest, use deceptive practices, and offer terrible customer service." I also told them that Lexus requires the Mat to be secure to prevent it from moving.
