They didn't not send me what it shows on the commercial....rip off

This company MISLEADS purchaser's! I ordered 2 sets of floor mats in April. First, this product ships out of China NOT THE USA! Second, what they show in their advertisement ISN'T what you get!!! I have tried so many times to call and the phone is ALWAYS BUSY!!! I have sent several emails and No One has responded to my request to CANCEL & Refund my money!!! I'm in the process of making a claim against them with my credit card company! BUYERS BEWARE, These floor mats are NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOW in their advertisement!!!

I'm a customer from England .after watching the sales video i was impressed i ordered the blue diamond stitch full foor mats that cover the sides as well fro t and tear .£136 in sterling $ 167 in dollars. What I received was nothing like the video I ordered from It's a loy of .money to be conned out of hard earned money . No mention of a refund. This company sucks Do not buy the cheap seat covers They will charge your cc and doubt you actually get them any anyway Can't believe they are in business If you buy from this co you will be sorry

I have order floor mats for my car and haven't received them yet and now I can't find my tracking number but I got my bank statement where they took my money out . So I will dispute it if they don't return my email message. I think it is a scam . Don't order from them

I ordered custom floor mats and when they came in they looked like the cheapest quality I've ever seen. Thin, floppy, wrinkled and the fit is horrible. They don't even have clips. They include the bare minimum amount of weak velcro which would never even work in some parts. This website is a Chinese scam site like Wish.

Terrible customer service cover didn’t even come close to fitting they won’t refund my money so mad 😡 they need to be band from facebook
