Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I saw a few good reviews and the "about information" didn't disclose that this company is not based out of or shipping out of the USA. I gave it a go because I could use PayPal, and felt they would back me. The first part of my package came from Iceland. The merchandise was counterfeit, a fabric you would not want to wear (comfort-wise) or be seen in. It went straight to the garbage. I wanted to "return" it and instead they offered $12 back. The second parta of my order was two plush bears. The bear pictured in their ad was an "Aurora plush" - exactly like the one on Amazon with a "399" tag for the famous grizzly. What I received was a knock-off, with the only similarity being a brown color. No "399 tag" and the stuffing was coming out of the seam on one of them. It was counterfeit and very poor quality. When I contacted them with my concerns they told me they would offer me $8 back on an $80 plush purchase! So I took it to PayPal. USAQUALITYWEAR immediately offered "full refund" upon return. Of course, this appears very acceptable to PayPal as far as a dispute goes. But these bears were shipped from a "scam site" in Chicago and they wanted me to pay for shipping and tracking to Hong Kong! Not acceptable! Paypal is the one who finally offered me a settlement - not USAQUALITIY wear. Please note - this company is not in the USA and is NOT QUALITY - it is a well thought through scam!
