⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience I would strongly caution anyone considering this moving company. What was supposed to be a straightforward move turned into an extremely stressful and expensive experience that ultimately cost us thousands of dollars beyond what we originally expected. Our final costs increased significantly from the original quote, and we experienced major delays with both pickup and delivery. The lack of reliability and communication made an already stressful process even worse. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the condition of our belongings when they finally arrived. Multiple items were damaged, including furniture that was no longer usable and had to be repaired or completely replaced. These weren’t minor scratches or normal wear and tear—we were dealing with significant damage that resulted in substantial additional expenses. After everything we went through and the thousands of dollars we had already spent, we were offered only $160 in compensation for the damaged belongings. That amount doesn’t come close to covering the actual cost of the damage or the expense of replacing the items. We paid this company to safely move our belongings, and instead we ended up dealing with unexpected costs, delays, damaged property, and a claims process that left us feeling completely disregarded. I would not recommend this moving company. If you’re considering using them, I strongly encourage you to get everything in writing, carefully review the valuation/coverage terms, document every item before the move, and think very carefully before trusting them with your belongings. We found their core values did not align with their mission or what they say their company standards are!

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I strongly encourage others to avoid them. We were initially quoted for 1,900 cubic feet, which is roughly the capacity of a 26-foot moving truck. Just three days before the move, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with their team and provided an exact inventory of everything we planned to move. Despite that, the mover arrived and immediately claimed we had significantly more belongings than expected. The issue was not the amount of space our belongings required. The mover refused to load the truck from floor to ceiling, claiming that doing so could damage our property. Because of this, there was a significant amount of unused space, and we were charged for an additional 1,000 cubic feet. I was also given no reasonable way to verify the amount of space used. The second truck was loaded and closed before I could inspect it, and some of our belongings were left on the liftgate during the process. Two weeks later, when the 18-wheeler arrived with our belongings, I was able to check the cubic-foot measurements marked inside the trailer. Our belongings used approximately 1,400 cubic feet and were stacked from floor to ceiling. The unloading crew independently confirmed that we used approximately 1,450 cubic feet. In other words, we were charged for more than 1,000 cubic feet of space that we did not use. The original mover’s claim that our belongings could not be safely stacked was clearly inconsistent with how they were ultimately transported. Their initial quote may look competitive, but based on my experience, they will increase the price on moving day when customers have very few options. Please think twice before hiring this company.

This Company was Frontier Moving Solutions Then North Pole Moving Solutions now they're USA Moving Group. All these companies are registered at the Same Address. They are a scam company and the registered agent needs to be prosecuted and put in prison for 30 years.

Moving from MI to NC used usa moving group llc . They sub the job out, multiple times never really now who has your items. Goodview moving picks up with 2 box trucks, red road runner delivered in one box truck. With items tied to back of truck Price goes up constantly. They refuse to take what is agreed upon. Break/ damage items even those that they are not taking . Items was stolen out of my new homes storage area that was placed out of there way. They also hire movers off of Craigslist . Totally unprofessional in every sense . Customer support can be polite but gets you nowhere. My dolly was never returned. It was sentimental from a deceased relative. Gone never returned. Claims form was never sent. They say sent text and email yet I never received them. Do Not Use Them!!!!!

Horrible company damaged all of my items and subcontracted the work out. The owner Andre is an absolutely terrible human.
