This is worst company ever !! Ireland branch Elaine Brady she should be sacked immediately but ... bunch of click old women absolutelly appaling place and people are horrible !!!

Moved over to Sika from Cromar, it was supposed to be a smooth transaction but they messed up with all our pricing and the items came delivered all smashed up. Took over a week to replace and to put a cherry on top of the cake we had an email demanding payment 3 days past the 30 days account date. If we did that to our customers we'd be shot!! Never again, bring Cromar back!

Useless product, doesnt set, just stays a powder. Apparently it doesnt work on cement/sand base even though that’s what all parios are laid on, so it’s pointless.

I’m am in tescos in Newport I’m a blue badge holder And to my dismay I have just seen a disabled driver Not being able to park has a works van from the Sika But trust group park in a disabled parking space and go in tescos with his wife number plate BP74 JXB I’ve taken a photo which I will sent to there company I hope one day there driver is not I. The position that he is disabled and can’t park

Sika is non responsive to requests for information. I had tried calling, email online contact us form etc though they are vacant to customer (homeowner) communication. I was looking to see if they have a specific concrete stain I needed. Possibly they only want to deal with large contracts…don’t know. I will be returning their chaulk to the big box store and patronize another.

Products are good but customer services poor as they fob you off when you have an issue like in my case a leaking patio sealer container.
