I got pregnant while trying to prevent pregnancy.

I’ve tried multiple times to use the device however it constantly records my data incorrectly. I’ve called customer service and spoke with them along with emails to fix the situation. I personally find the device is not user friendly. Wish I had just saved my money and not purchased this item.

Love the concept, hate the buggy app. Have to delete and redownload the app on my phone every time I want to sync my data. Button inputs on the app are unresponsive. Awesome device, terrible app. Won’t recommend to anyone I love until Daysy spends the money to fix their app issues.

It was impossible to log on to app...

This app is horrible. Yes the tracking feature is cool when I can get my Daysy to SYNC! Which is impossible 95% of the time. Yes the blue tooth is on, yes I have reread the instructions 80 times, yes the notifications is on, yes I let the Daysy fall asleep then try to resume syncing. It takes me having to log out of the app entirely and sometimes uninstall then reinstall just to get a reading. And that sync button in the upper right hand corner is completely useless. It does nothing. No one wants to do that in the morning every day because it won’t automatically sync or even manually sync for that matter.

I have been beyond disappointed with the Daysy I purchased. I waited very long to get the new version (their website said the wait would be much less than it actually was which screwed up our family planning with our doctor that we started based on the websites indicated ship date). It takes at least two tries to take my temperature every morning and each try takes over two minutes. It very rarely actually syncs with the app. I've contacted support several times and they've been rude every time. I am not the only one having issues but they still make it feel like it's my fault. Definitely not worth what they charge for it! I was going to return it but decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. I also take thyroid medication which apparently screws up the readings but isn't mentioned anywhere in the information so a doubly worthless version expensive device.

I am so confused on how to use it, how to charge it, how to sync it. i have called you guys and it confused me even more. I feel like I wasted my money

When Daysy did an app update they didn’t notify any of their customers that they would no longer be able to edit their mensuration period. This meant for me that my cycle was thrown off which took months to get back on track. I have seen a lot of articles that state their research is not accurate and I have lost my trust in them.
