Daysy's customer service team is top notch! I needed to send my device in for evaluation and it was determined to be covered under warranty. The entire process their team was quick and speedy to communicate details and updates. I mailed my device on a Monday and received my new device on Saturday! Minimal downtime and missed temps! They also give helpful tips/reminders prior to sending in the device to help ensure data is transferred. Highly recommend Daysy and this team. My daysy has been absolutely amazing. I am now able to predict when I’m ovulating and when my period is coming because it has taught me how to read my body. I was devastated when my cat knocked my Daysy off the table and it broke but I emailed customer service and not only did they respond quickly and answer all my questions but sent me the newest model of Daysy for no charge.
