I really get surprised at their speed of support service via email. By this chance, I would like to send my big thanks to David, who replied to my message within 24 hours and took quick action on my request. I had thought that it was not easy to contact with USA Visas department because they might have a huge number of applications to assess. And I find out that viewpoint is wrong.
