Us Store BambulabReviews of us.store.bambulab.com

Bambu Lab filament is generally okay, but not worth their premium brand pricing. Some spools are poorly wound, which can lead to the filament getting tangled. This is especially problematic in the AMS system, as it can cause prints to fail unexpectedly. So far, it has happened once that adhesive points or the filament end came loose and caused issues in the system. This leads to unnecessary effort and print interruptions. Print quality is mostly stable, but you still often need to adjust settings, even though you would expect it to work straight out of the box with minimal effort. eSun or SUNLU are recommended here, as they have caused fewer issues for me so far and are also significantly cheaper.

The store made right a missing item from my shipment. It took several days due to 24 hour lags between responses to messages. I had to send photos of my box labels and all that I did receive. But in the end, they shipped the missing item. Fortunately, I wasn't in urgent need of it.
