I feal they just dont care about old players at all....
I played wow a few times but make long breakes, months is not unusal for me, now i wantet to pay and take an month or 2 more looked forward to it.... banned I asked support what happend as im sure i was banned for no reason, they said i have to give a lot info like passport and my driver license, well in times where that can be misused i cant give private infos like that, and i even tild all my old adresses all that only i can know, and a little friendly help? nope they even not told me the ban reason (my guess is it may have been hacked as i had my off time) I rate a lot but this is one of the really rare days i only give 1 star. Reason: Banned and no reason Support who not help even if i tell a lot only i can know I´f something changes i will reconsider this rating, as i am an fair man Update 18th Oktober 2012.......... Yestoday they unbanned me they wrote in support, problem is they changed my password to..... if i ask for a new password, (the password change option / forgotten password) i dont get an e-mail with details as the info says, and no email in spam folder so i know for sure i did not get anything. in other words im totally locked out
