Support and report systems are bad. I.e. they measure the absolute amount of reports. No wonder i got muted in the time i played MANY (20 a day) games in Heroes of the Storm. I wrote to the support: no one cared. They just dont care "who began" the flame or how many games you played. If you get reported, you get banned.

I am so disappointed in the whole Blizzard franchise! I had a authenticator on my phone which is OK, but I ended in the pool with my phone and got a new phone. Now I cannot get my Authenticator revoked. I sent my ID, I sent my Social Security, .... TWICE! I have not received one response from them. I have numerous games in digital format I can never get access to again until I cant get my Authenticator removed. They took my money and now they are happy, leaving me without access to paid products. I have been a loyal subscriber for almost 10 years.

What is not fine is this jerk asked for my account information multiple times and said he couldn't find my account. Okay so how did my account get magically flagged two minutes later for not normal use of an account. Lets see...oh I know how because of Frank who could not find my account had found my account and lied about my reason for calling and he attempted to block my account. He did this because he did like my response of why do I have to pay for another key code for another account that wants to play star craft on a computer that already as it. Why should a family house hold have to pay for two copies of the same game? After this my account gets magically blocked... How do I know it was him? I had to call customer service again and they said my account was flag because I attempted to change my password; which no I didn't that was even my reason for calling. So the representative looked into the issue a little more and said no that wasn't my reason for calling the first time and unlocked my account So I ask? How could my account get flagged by Frank if my account couldn't be found? How did the customer service representative know I called just a few minutes prior if my account couldn't be found?

Everything is getting way too expensive + their customer service EU sucks. If the GMs don't have a valid explanation for their answers and you question them they just close the chat. That's just rude. This has happened more than once. If they don't feel like answering your question they just close the chat. I thought that they were there to help but nope. I've been playing WOW for many years and the support is getting worse and worse.

To be honest this game is no more,every day u see people talking rubbish and to be honest there are more scammers than ever and blizzard dont even spend 1 sec on removing thoose people,and why dont they ban girls are u kidding me so if i get scammed by a girl its ok???? ohh dear god adios wow and ohh brug GL ON UR SELFIE HAHAHAH

I was just on the chat with one of them. i said that it should't be saying Requirs cataclysm on the mist of pandaria expansion if you get all the exspansions (-the new one) in the original game, you should't support then, they are just gonna take empty your bank, fu*k off Blizzard!

£60 to boost to lvl 90? some of us like to level but now can't because there's nobody in the queues! Support time is ridiculously slow, longest someone should have to wait is an hr, 38 Hrs is a disgrace to the industry!!!

Blizzard are laughing all the way to the bank over the stupid people who are paying them for the worst support in any gaming history ! After Pandaria u are NOT getting answers on raported issues or bugs . 50 raports bout the fishing timer bugg have lead to NOTHING. The morons are mocking paying costumers and they dont give a shit about it !
