i just got scammed, i paid black ops 4 early november. bought the season pass for 50 euros 3 days ago (12/12/2018) and i seems not to work, ive checked many forums and people are also complaining about the fact that it doesnt work, i have nothing promised in the season pass. and then i ask to battle.net support and they say 'i'm sorry that i can't do anything for you :(' avoid this game & avoid this site both scam and greedy

I've spent money on blizzard games since the 90s and I loved this company. After spending a ridiculous amount of time to create tickets, I will no longer ever spend money on the company. The representative was helpful, but the response was essentially, "it sucks that I can't help, but my hands are tied." I hope that people realize how much they have changed and knowingly spend their money elsewhere.

Blizzard discriminates people. They will use their authority to ban and suspend anyone at their discretion. Especially minorities. These statements about Blizzard is absolutely true: 1. Blizzard is full of racists themselves and would use the term to punish customers. Example: Blizzard: you are racist because you are not white like us. Banned. permanently. 2. They can ban or suspend any customers who contact them, and leave no room for complaint. Example: Play Overwatch solo, get harassed by partied bullies, receive abusive reports, banned, contact support, automated response, lose your account, oh you have to pay again to play. 3. Blizzard does not respect any human rights, especially freedom of speech. Blizzard ban anyone who discuss about themselves. Blizzard is a company that cons and exploits customer by luring new players using paid Twitch streamers and competitions, and ban players randomly (especially solo players) to scam money. Blizzard also extorts minorities emotionally and left you feeling discriminated, depressed and frustrated after taking hundreds or even thousands of dollars from you.

Horrible service

Refunds are not allowed. Had an unauthorised payment and they are refusing to refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal.

Poorly run company. Requested a refund after playing only a few games of COD: black ops 4 due to my pc being incapable of running it (despite having better then the minimum requirements and on lowest settings) and was rejected due to having too much game time played (had played 1 hours maximum). My friend on the other hand played for about 3 hours and requested a refund and was granted one almost immediately. Even after explaining this to them multiple times they would refuse to take blame for this cock up. One rule for one and another for someone else.

Yesterday i preordered the Black Ops 4, an today i have been trying to download it. After hours, i havent got past 2GB... The download speed is super awful... For example: my Gta V on steam downloaded in 50 minutes, and it is +70GB. Black Ops 4 is only 64GB and here i am still waiting it to download, but nothing is happening after 3 hours... i tried all of those "fix methods" and restarted my pc and stuff... Still not working... Im so disappointed on blizzard. My first time using it and its nothing but trash... Even updates are slow...

Просто абсурдная компания в которой как пользователя вас полностью игнорирую и не обращают внимания на ваши обращения, оказывается что кампания права и все , будь даже вы не виновны.
