Battle Net app is garbage terrible server connection The app is more frusterating than enjoyable

Sowas schlechtes ist mir noch nie untergekommen. Auf Problemstellungen wird nicht eingegangen. Der Kundenservice? Die erste Mail war wohl automatisiert. Als ich bestätigte das mein Anliegen noch immer bestehe, wurde dies mit einer Standartnachricht einfach ignoriert! Unfassbar wie unfähig die sind. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!

Purchased game would NEVER launch. Support was WORTHLESS. It was a new game, we were patient and followed ALL trouble shooting steps. Servers would NEVER allow connection, but we were told we had TOO much game time / play time in? NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO THE REAL TRUTH about the game NEVER working, not ONCE! We are uninstalling the Blizzard / Battle.net client. *** We will NEVER purchase ANOTHER game from them, nor do we recommend you do either *** We will USE a service that actually has customer service and/or can resolve a problem. I consider myself technology proficient and a professional. *** This company, in my PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL opinion, is neither PROFESSIONAL or LEGITIMATE, at this time, due to literally STEALING funds for service/purchase NEVER USED. *** Good luck with your future purchases. *** Be warned, DO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ***

Blizzard ist ein richtiger Schmutz Verein geworden. Kein persönlicher Support mehr alles nur noch per E-Mail. Nur noch unwissendes Personal hinter den Rechnern die dich auf Community Boards verweisen. Unfreundlich, wollen nur noch dein Geld, keine Hilfestellungen mehr alles automatisiert... Richtig lesen können dort auch die wenigsten da sieht man das man als Kunde nicht "geschätzt" wird und einfach abgefertigt wird. Schreibst ins kleinste Detail was dein Anliegen ist... Entweder kapieren sie deinen Satzbau nicht oder beantworten dein Ticket mit der selben Standard Antwort wie der erste GM der dir schon geantwortet hatte und du darfst dann wieder 3 Tage auf eine Antwort warten... GG Bliz"Money"zard als wenn ihr meine E-Mail bekommt... damit ihr mich weg bannen könnt und ich einen neuen Account + Charakter Boost kaufe? Vergisst es :D

I bought the new call of duty black ops cold war game. They took the money out of my account instantly yet here I am 24 hours later still unable to download the game. I tried to find a customer support phone number and of course the only wat to get in touch is through a ticket so now 12 hours later I'm still waiting for a solution. This is not the first time btw. Almost every time I buy a game from them this happens. I wish they would be forced to publish their games on other sites like steam who respect their customers and don't treat them like money cattle. DO NOT USE BATTLE.NET!

Drecks Service funktioniert nicht, was für Lappen arbeiten dort überhaupt. Einzige was die anbieten ist "CONNECTION-SERVICES" und das ist deren Hauptaufgaben und das funktioniert bei diesen Lappen nicht. Echt erbärmliche Bude diese Battlenet Blizzard idioten....

I have been TRYING to respond to a request for 'needs more info' on a Ticket I put into Blizzard, concerning a problem I was having with my account, but I cannot read my open Tickets because they are on that piece of garbage website called Battle.net, which seems to be nothing but a swarm of neverending error messages, anytime you click on anything. How is a tech company like Blizzard Entertainment unable to run a simple website?? Also, why is a Ticket the ONLY way to contact them?? *They have done away with their Support phone numbers, which are now exclusively answered by an automated recording telling you to go away basically. *Their so called 'Live Chat' option is NEVER open / available. The only possible way to contact the heap of garbage company now is to put in a Ticket, which you better hope solves your issue without needing more info, because their bug filled website will not allow you to access any open Tickets now. HOW IS THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS??

This s*** does not work. Does not let me f****** put my phone number to play one game. Honestly the worst program to play anything...
