Unfreundlicher Support Schlechte Server

Tried to change battletag (battle.net account name) with my 1 free change. It did not change the name, automatically reverted it to what I was trying to change it from, and then told me I would need to purchase a battle tag name change to try again. Further, the "Contact Us" requires a specific category selection to submit your issue, none of which encompass this, and it won't allow any other form of contact or help submission. Hate the fact they integrated this forcibly into console gaming now and they put up this bs when trying to do something as simple as a name change.

Utter garbage. Do yourself a favor. Just don't do it.

was in the process of transferring high runes on diablo2 had ist um jah and ber go to switch characters and there system crashes and i cant get back in in time to get them, feel like they owe me

All they do is direct you how to file a bug report. They don't fix any issues or provide you anything for your inconvenience. They just cut rudely cut me off. Must've spoke to 4-5 GMs before they finally just closed my ticket without my issue being resolved.

Absolutely terrible. I can never start a game and not loose connection to server. I get kicked every three games or so. Their services are absolutely terrible. Makes me wish I had a PS5.

Die Server sind ein Stück Brot wert (Regelmässige Crashes der Spiele, Hackerangriffe, etc.). Onlinehilfe dauert jeweils 2-3 Tage für eine Antwort, bei welcher man sich fragt ob mein Problem überhaupt gelesen wurde!
