Pending transaction for purchases. Waiting for some 24 hours or more for my purchase to finalize, ridiculous. This isn't heard of on Steam, Epic, or GOG, why does Battle.net have this problem? Purchased games do not show up in their app, no notification or instruction on how to proceed with installing a purchased game in the app, also absent on the account purchase history pages of my account at their website, again, ridiculous and unacceptable. Customer service had no empathy in their communication with me at all, just a cold and calculated template of a response. This game had better be good after all the hoops I had to go through to figure this all out or I am washing my hands of this nonsense.

Wasted time : - My girlfriend and i have only one cellphone = Can't play together. - Ask for help = need to take pictures of my ID to learn they can't bypass. - The cherry on top = They wait until your done downloading the entire game&updates (more than 100gig each) to let us know it can't work. -The positive side : I understand i have invested time instead of money, i'm satisfied i haven't spent a dime supporting Blizzard. Regretion can last long sometimes. talking about Blizzard, regretion and satisfaction check on Youtube the video entitled The Moment Diablo Died At Blizzcon 2018 (Hardcore Death Highlight). If you are one of the rare who, still believe Cellphone aren't the best thing for humanity, you'll be satisfied.

Diablo 2 queueing I tried to play the game for 2 hours after work before going to bed to go back to work and it said I’m queuing for 167 people to stop playing When I bought this game it did not say anything about a queue. 20ish years ago there was no queue. I per order the game with no queue in the in the feature list. Now we can’t refund the game. Did blizzards just stole $40 with a queueing game.

Now blizzard added a QUEUE for d2R and OMG it has a terrible wait time 🤦‍♂️ just to play the game! 😡 😡 😡 Not HAPPY!

Играю себе и вдруг викинуло из сервера и написано Учетная запись заблокирована. Я не понимаю в чем дело почему забанили мой аккаунт. Я за игру деньги платил, в чате не спамил некого не оскорблял и никогда читами не играл
