It decided to force two step authentication yesterday and now I’m locked out of my account. It says it’s sending me text notifications and I am not receiving. I contacted my phone provider and no messages have been blocked, and yes it’s the correct phone number. No one at battlenet will give me a response other than providing the tips that are already online. Yes notifications are on, I tried downloading the app and all the other suggestions. Beyond pissed right now, it looks like I’m indefinitely locked out of my account at the moment. FFFF YOU BATTLENET

Worst facking experience ever. Keeps saying I need a code to verify who I am. So, I do as the usual people would and wait. 20min 30min 40min 6 hours later and still nothing. This is the sh1ttiest launcher I have used ever. I don't know why there is not a customer service phone number. it's all done over the computer, and it takes years.

Wont let a pre paid phone number its idiotic and they should make it so you can use a pre paid phone number.

Elendigt system de har. Mistede en konto SELVOM jeg trykkede koden rigtigt. De vil have at jeg skulle logge på en microsoft konto som jeg har oprettet for 30 år siden og desværre også har mistet adgang til pågrund af kokserier fra Microsofts side.... (igen en amerikansk overbeskyttelses sikkerhedsting) Hvor jeg selvom jeg trykkede kode rigtigt og den tilsendte kode til den alternative konto rigtigt, vil de have jeg skulle svare rigtigt på 30 spørgsmål af forskellig karakter som jeg åbenbart har lavet dengang jeg oprettede kontoen for 30 år siden. Fuldstændig uretfærdige betingelser at stille folk. SÅ Tak for jeres inkompetance battlenet og Microsoft

Det er så svært at installere et spil. Tror jeg har brugt i alt 1 time for at PRØVE at installere et spil men kan ikke installere noget. Pls bare flyt jeres spil på en anden platform som steam eller epic games
