Worst thing ever. Nothing works. Do not buy any games from them or use them.

You guys have banned my girlfriend and are unwilling to reply to a tickets that we have put in multiple times. Battle net makes people waste money on games just to have butt hole service you guys don’t deserve to be a gameplay company hope you guys get shut down.

Ik vælg battle.net! Det et stort scam! Det kan godt være, at de har nogle fede spil derinde, men det er ét stort scam. Jeg oplevede nemlig at jeg "slettede" et spil, men fandt det senere inde på kontrolpanelet. De 3 spil jeg troede jeg havde afinstalleret fyldte 73 GB. Jeg har gennemgået utallige Youtube videoer og fået support fra Battle.net selv, men intet har lykkes. Nu ligger det bare på min PC og kan ikke slettes. De prøvede endda at lokke mig til at få et "antivirus" program, men alt ved programmet skreg VIRUS. Undgå Battle.net under alle omstændigheder

My account got suspended for some reason, even though I haven't played in a while. I can't play the games a paid for. Also, the system in place to contact customer support is extremely flawed.

Nichts funktioniert. Email und Passwort sind korrekt eingegeben, der Sicherheitscode muss aus dem Authenticator eingegeben werden - dieser ist immer ungültig. Es gibt keine Hilfe, keinen Support. Nur standartisierte FAQs. WER KEINE KUNDEN WILL, SOLL SICH AUS DEM MARKT ZURÜCKZIEHEN. Sowas kompliziertes und unprofessionelles habe ich seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt!!!

It just does not work as it should, it is slow, it suddenly stops downloading stuff, it is so bad it hurts.

Im going to try and stay level headded with this review, as I'm rather anoyed atm. It seems like you can't even make a launcher app work on a fundamental level, or atleast won't put the money in to get it working. You can't update games because a "non existing update" is pending. You have to RESTART your computer before the app even starts the download. This is a solution given, by battle.net, on your website. The fundamental function of you application is broken and has been that way for ages. This is an insult to the people buying your games expecting a smooth experience from the launcher atleast after paying an arm and a leg for a halfbaked cod title through your store.

My order was payed instantly, money got deducted from the card, and the game wasnt playable. When I contacted support, they said my order was "pending", and it can take up to 3 days to be delivered. Just mindblowingly stupid, what do these companies do to legendary games like WoW and CoD.
