Issue 1: Add my phone number to my account, claims its not a prepaid number. Okay cool ill try my families numbers. Their not prepaid either?? Weve all been paying for our numbers for years so how does that even make sense? After trying a grand total of 3 numbers, guess what ive reached my limit, you have to try again later!!!! 8 hours later, i try again, guess what youve reached your limit try again later!!!!! I contact them to say go and f4ck yourselves im just gonna buy cod on steam a good platform with actuall f4cking customer services. What do they do? Ignored declined youve had the game open for more than 1ms so we cant refund you thanks for your money though. theyre frauds and scammers who deserve to go out and sued. TLDR: wasted 13 hours of my life trying to add a valid paying phone number to my account which it has never asked me for before to play COD. Denied refund and still wont let me add a number.

Scam-artists, fraudsters, lack of communication, does no want to resolve your problems. Bought MW2, had a wrong location set to my account, requested to get it changed to be able to play, they havent responded. Now i want a refund, but they say i have played too much when i have had the game open for maybe 10 minutes, i havent even played yet. Do not ever use battlenet, dont purchase anything. They dont have a customer support for a reason, their playerbase is falling, losing costumers left and right. Company is destined to go bankrupt, and it shows why. What a joke, a company of this magnitude has zero customer service, you have to send a problem and hope they get back to you. My sons account was hacked and taken over took them more than three days to respond by this time credit and bank cards had to be cancelled as this company obviously doesn't care about it's members. Finally got account back but not the games attached to the account. Reported this over a week ago and yet they still have not bothered get in touch. Three games plus a ton of upgrades costing a fortune lost.

Battle.net's customer servce is some of the worst ive ever seen, and every single game i have ever downloaded off of this dogass website always had problems.
