absolutely terrible. Talking to literal bots. After they asked the same question 20 times they told me they cant help. Just a pure waste of time. You would have more luck getting a solution to world hunger from a donkey than getting any help from these lot

There is not much positive I can say about this company or I suppose Blizzard games period. First there was the terrible roll out of Diablo IV which so many bugs and glitches that the game is still experiencing new updates and patches weekly. Sometimes these require you to log into your battle.net account. Recently I was playing another game on my PS5 console with a friend who was logged on under their own Playstation ID. They left and I picked up their controller without realizing they had not logged out. I started Diablo IV and was again asked to sign into my battle.net account. I did this and then was notified that my battle.net account had now been successfully changed to my friends playstation account. And get this, it cannot be changed for 364 days? So I am locked out completed of a game I paid over $100.00 for and have only been playing for a month or so. Not sure how Blizzard or Battle net decided all of this but it is hand in hand with the lack of customer support which is non existent. I have sent several requests for help with no replay. The whole Diablo IV experience for me is the worst I have ever had in all my years of game playing. From the problems with their servers crashing when they lunched the game to the user's BETA testing the game even after its official launch. And again endless updates and log ins required because after 10 years in development why wouldn't you launch a game so completely untested and unstable? I have played many games from many vendors and I loved Diablo 3. Couldn't wait for this one to come out. And honestly in spite of all of its problems and glitches I was learning to enjoy it. But now I am out that experience as well as the more than $100.00 paid for the game. With all the problems these guys are having one would hope they would invest in some customer support help. But then again it seems they cannot even hire adequate game creators to help code and test the game itself before it was launched to the public. So again no surprise they are MIA, when you want some help. For now it is deleted from my console, and I am leaving negative reviews for this vendor and this game wherever I can leave a review.

Adds new stuff to hearthstone, breaks solo missions/adventures AI. But hey we already got money for it so lets not fix it or make sure the AI works 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ dumb company that's only out for money. As you can see 70€ for diablo 4. That trash isn't worth 20€>

Hateful, hateful experience. Paying for a game is easy - verification, BattleNet app, nonexistent customer support make actually playing your game exasperating. This is a "how NOT to" object lesson for anyone wanting to build customer relationships.

Größter Müll mit denen Um es kurz und schmerzlos zu sagen: NIE WIEDER! Lasst es einfach sein und versucht es garnicht.

Ich habe den Battle Pass gekauft und nicht gelesen das es als Solospieler nicht brauchbar ist. Weil es auch klein an der Seite steht. Was man alles bekommt steht schön groß da. So denke ich doch im Rahmen von Kundenbindung und Zufriedenheit das man es zurücknimmt, oder wie ich vorgeschlagen habe einfach etwas freischaltet was ich gebrauchen kann (mein Vorschlag war noch günstiger als das von mir erworbene). So habe ich nähmlich fast 20€ weggeschmissen. Als Antwort kam nur:" Es tut uns leid wir können es nicht zurücknehmen.......... Das finde ich sehr schwach, grad als Diablospieler der ersten Stunde. Aber gut, so schade wie es ist und es wird Blizzard natürlich nicht wehtun, aber ich kaufe nichts mehr an Zusätzen oder Erweiterungen. Vielleicht noch im Geschäft wo ich dann aufgeklärt werde mit welchen Einschränkungen ich als Solospieler zu rechnen habe. Das war auf jeden Fall ein sehr negatives Erlebnis für mich. Und das berichte ich auch weiter da ich denke das nicht immer nur "Friede,Freude,Eierkuchen" verbreitet werden sollte, sondern auch mal negative Erlebnisse.
