I ordered a few tops. The material for most is very cheap quality. They took forever to arrive. There was only one that worked. Their site says you need a form in order to return items and there is a 30 day window. I have been trying to get the form for over a week. All I get are emails back from their service department offering me a fraction of what I paid and I can keep the clothes . They won’t send a form. I don’t want the clothes I just want a refund.

Bad customer service. The shirt was poor quality and did not fit. When I requested to return it, I was offered $6 if I would keep it. As of this writing, they have not agreed to refund my money or give me instructions on how to return. Beware this company. Update: after several back and forth emails, they offered me a $23 refund, which was roughly half the cost of the shirt. They also indicated that the return address is in Dubai. I reluctantly accepted the $23 refund, as it would have cost quite a bit to ship to Dubai. Just beware of this company.

The clothes are cheap and you can see through them. The XL white long white shirt and it is cheaply made see through and two small for me to even button. i learned my lesson and i will never order from this company, sure clothes were made inChina, The white shirt cost me 38.99 and thats money down the drain as there was information how to return.

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a shirt, was set two and charged for two. Quality inferior. No paperwork sent with order and the return address listed on the package is a vacant building in Ca. For returns they said to go to service department which leads nowhere. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. Complete sam artists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to return.c fit toooo tight and usual can wear med. cannot find phone# or how to get autho. To return .where on website? K Gardner

The size of the items is not good. I should have taken one size smaller. Also, the quality of the items is very low and does not justify the price. Thirdly, read carefully the return policy. If, for instance, the size is not good, you cannot return the items.
