I bought a lockbox for my fridge to keep my meat and cheese secure which works great. I forgot the code then lost the key. I contacted customer service, they got back to me quickly and sent me new keys promptly. I will buy from this company again

Ended up throwing one of the locks away, because it wouldn't set the combination correctly. I got the second one programmed, but the dial gets stuck and doesn't feel secure once it does finally lock. Tossing the second lock, too.

Great customer service. Needed something couldn’t find on website. Reached out to UA, immediate response and got me just what I needed. Fridge locks are great products.
