Vidya is a strong technologist, marketer, problem solver and a team player. She always works to streamline and improve processes, and is detail and process oriented. She is not afraid to set, then meet or beat deadlines. Upwise customers depend on Vidya for their Zoho needs. She is an ace!.

When we started working with Upwise Pro, we had already been working with another consultant without getting our system where we wanted it. The problem with Zoho is the enormous amount of possibilities that the system offers, so for a new user, it was hard to make a list of all the thing we wanted, since we were uncertain what we were able to ask for. A couple of good phone meetings got us to a point where we could make a prober demands list and from there, we also agreed on the price, which was just right. Then the real work started and it was good to see that Vidya took over the process and kept us on track toward the goal line. There was a daily dialogue. We now have a system that is really working for us. But even so, we still discover things and possibilities that we would like to change, but as our communication with Vidya is great, we are able to get all the small adjustments fixed in no time and shortly we will start implementing even more apps to our system. So we were basically forced to give them a positive review to get the rest of our systems finished and even then we received nothing we paid for. I mean nothing. I'm not sure what the purpose of this company is? It seems that they're only put in place to tell you to read manuals. They speak about understanding businesses use cases but exhibit not even a rudimentary understanding of the most basic businesses concepts. They are horrible. RUN RUN RUN! Do not ever give them a cent. When you attempt top negotiate with them for their lack of delivery they will point you to a vague service agreement that removes any liability from them and doesn't force them to stand behind their horrible work. the biggest mistake in my life as a business owner was working with them. I'm happy to be rid of them forever.
