I can't speak to it's potency (because I haven't been using it long enough). But the CBD seems like excellent quality. Being certified organic and THC free is a huge plus because I get drug tested at work. It is flavorless, with a slight hint of butter for a finish. The package was processed and shipped very fast and discrete. I would buy Upstate again.
