I am new to CBD use, and after alot of online reviewing, I purchased the Upstate Elevator CBD patch. The patch arrived, but there were absolutely no directions on how to actually apply the patch. I went to their website, and there were no directions there, either. I spent alot of time trying to figure out if there was a sticky backing to the patch, and where the separation was on the patch. I had to pick and bend and fold the patch until I finally was able to find the separation. The patch was ruined by the time I was able to figure out how to do this and apply the patch. I called and left a voicemail describing my problem and asking someone to call me and also I requested a refund. They did issue me a refund, but never returned my phone call. This is very disappointing and poor customer relations. If Upstate Elevator Company would have returned my call and spoke with me, I might have reordered a patch from them. As it is, I have ordered more patches from another company. Again, I am very disappointed with this company's service.

Didn’t work for me

My order was not delivered, but forwarded elsewhere. Upstate elevator made no attempt to notify me, but sends me continuous review emails.

These made me feel strange and caused a severe body rash. I wont be using again - tossing them.

Every time I get a discount code e mailed to me (from upstateelevator) it will not go through- it says it’s expired when the e mail reflects it should be active. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service for this issue as well as product questions and I never get a response. I have tried by e mail or by phone. I have found another reputable distributor of cvs products and will not be purchasing from here

I was hopeful to find organic CBD. I found it, but can’t get anyone to respond. For reasons unknown and not communicated to me, my order was cancelled. I followed up with an email via the website and no response. Thus, a one star rating. Bummer.

I had a bad reaction and had to throw the oil away. I contacted the company and no one responded.

I never saw a spot to put a discount code and the sale went through. Made a phone call and sent an email asking to adjust the price and no one had the courtesy to even respond let alone adjust the price. Never use this company again.
