I made a decision to file bankruptcy due to obvious reasons, but I didn’t know how or where to start. The first thing I did was go to Google where I came across Upsolve. Yes. This sounds like what I need. I checked the reviews and they were awesome so I immediately started the process. Upsolve made something that could have been the hardest thing ever into a simple, less stressful process. The template to fill out was step by step and explained what documents and paperwork was needed to file with the courts. It did take some time, but it was well worth it in the end. The communication and follow up was very professional from the beginning to the end. Now, my Chapter 7 bankruptcy is closed and have been fully discharged from my debt. I want to greatly thank Upsolve for having this platform and providing this service to us. I was in serious trouble with debt and did not have the $2500 an attorny was asking to file for Bankruptcy. I hid from bill collectors for almost 2 yrs after I stopped making payment due to loss of my job. I was embarrassed and stressed out big time. I am a high anxiety person and needing to file had me sweating bullets that I would mess it up or fail, But I DID IT!! I even pat myself on the back when the clerk at the courthouse looked through my papers with a face like "oh im sure she is missing something if she did this on her own" and she returns and says "you are good to go, here is your court date, have a good day"! I was sweatin bullets while I waited but when I got the green flag my heart smiled! I knew I was almost to the goal. Then it was a short wait of about 3 months and I got the official letter I was discharged and clear! I hadnt been that excited in a LONG TIME and the elephant was removed off my back! I cannot thank UpSolve ENOUGH! i know the Universe took me right to them because I needed them! Funny how searching one word on Youtube changed my life! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!

I called and spoke with a lawyer, did their free consult and then I was advised it would be $2500 retainer fee and they would process the paper work. I wouldn't be trying to file if I had $2500 in hand. My sister gave the website and I looked it up, did some checking to see if it was legit. After careful consideration, I got my paperwork together and sat down and began filling it out. I did not rush it and actually had to go back through and update it one more time before completing the process. From the time I filed on June 1, I was expecting it to be 6 months before it was all completed. It was done in just over 3 months. I would definitely recommend it. I did not have anyone else filing with me and I truly did not have any assets to worry about, except my car. Good Luck
