It was an easy process, I have prepared bankruptcies professionally in the past using Best Case and Upsolve is much easier. I also loved the post filing follow-up and would highly recommend using Upsolve to prepare your bankruptcy petition.

I had no idea the self filing option was even a thing. Without Upsolve I wouldn't have been able to relieve my financial burdens without incurring debt to an attorney. This was actually a smooth process, even if it was "legwork" (lots of logging debts/income/etc.) intensive, and reasonably easy. Thank you Upsolve!

Super easy, wish you could send the papers electronically instead. I didnt realize how many pages I had to print till I sent it to my printer. But so grateful for them, I was drowning. Still am alittle but with this taken care of this took so much off my plate. Wish I thought about bankruptcy long time ago.
