The site is so well designed that it prevents you from making a mistake. It's incredibly thorough and allows you to move at your own pace. I am 83 years old and have had a great life until the last few years of business and health problems. This program works for people of all ages and I highly recommend Upsolve to anyone facing bankruptcy and unable to afford an attorney.

I would not have been able to file without them. The process was simple - you go through all of the questions and fill in all your info. The bankruptcy packet is generated for you! It may be a little time consuming but not bad. If you are unsure how to answer questions there are plenty of helpful resources. I was discharged this month. I even had to amend my forms at one point and upsolve helped with that.
