I have no complaints. Upsolve walked me slowly and clearly through each step of the bankruptcy filing process, and because of that I was able to clear years of credit card debt without having to pay an attorney. They had lots of useful tools and tips along the way.

An exceptional experience!! i got my debt discharged with the help of Upsolve without any need for a lawyer and paying at least 1800 to 2000 dollars over and above the court fees. The only thing i do not understand why my time share was included in the bankruptcy case though it was fully paid and now struggling to get it back !! otherwise all was very smooth and ended with the desired results.

This process couldn’t be any easier. I was trembling before my 341 meeting. I was told it’s beyond simple and it was true. 5 questions and 3 months later I’m discharged. Debt free for the first time in 12 years. I don’t have to live pay check to pay check anymore. Everyone says there only regret is not doing it sooner. I am 30 year old girl living in Cali on her own and now I can actually go experience things. Believe in the process and have faith. If the richest people in the world can do it 7 times and able to keep what they want you can too. Take that chance hit the reset button if your behind and live your life. I promise it’s worth every second and I didn’t spend a dime. You do not need a bankruptcy lawyer unless you have tons of assets. My car I kept and that’s all I had. DO IT!
