Upsolve helped me TREMENDOUSLY!! Without it, I could not have filed bankruptcy by myself. It really is ALOT of work and with upsolve’s help, I accomplished it on my own. I am so grateful for their help. Thank you so much.

This process was easy and any time I had a question it was answered and everyone I spoke with were kind, efficient and very helpful

I really filed bankruptcy myself without a lawyer with the help Upsolve. They walked me through the process and now all my debt has been discharged.Glad I got on TikTok and found them. I couldn’t afford to pay a lawyer.

UPSOLVE: WOW!!! What a company. If it wasn’t for them AND the easy process that I experienced I would not have made it. Being hacked and scammed for $30k and and having 22 active scammers on my acct and 7-9 child porno hubs for $9500 opened in my name sent me to HYSTERIA. Thanks to the calmness of Laura with Debt Mgmt who assists your company, she walked me through this horrifying experience. When l did the conference with 20 other people filing bankruptcy that morning the federal judge scolded the lawyers actually humiliating them because there paperwork was Incomplete and the kicked the cases out. He made comment that MINE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS COMPLETE AND SELF EXPLANATORY WITH NO PROBLEMS. I recommend EVERYONE to use your company.

Very user friendly experience from start to finish! It may seem overwhelming at first, but just take your time and work through everything. It took me three days to gather and organize everything that I needed for my bankruptcy. Filed pro se, and the most I had to pay for was the credit counseling classes. It was a relatively quick and seamless process. From the time I submitted my paperwork to my 341 meeting, it took about 34 days. Then, from my 341 meeting until my discharge, it took about 62 days. All together just about 3 months. Totally worth it! Most of my debts are cleared on my credit now, and I truly have a chance to rebuild. Thank you Upsolve!

Upsolve made the process from start to finish as smooth and easy as possible. I felt so comfortable with the idea as they provided information with each step. I am so happy they helped calm my anxiety and guide my entire bankruptcy. I would’ve never thought I could’ve done it without a lawyer and now I know I just needed Upsolve to help me through.

It was so simple to use, all you have to do is answer the questions and it fills out all the confusing forms. They walk you step by step through the whole process beginning to end and afterwards. I did have some trouble with getting my paperwork. It was reviewed fairly quickly but I was unable to file them as planned so I waited to print the forms until I was ready but I found that it thought I had filed them and I was unable to go back and reprint them and had to email them for help accessing them. I also found if I wanted to edit anything after printing I was unable to. I had to print blank forms and copy everything from the original and then make the corrections needed on the blank one. These were just minor complaints considering the service they provided for free. My bankruptcy went as scheduled and was discharged with no issues.

I had an excellent experience using Upsolve for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was straightforward, easy to follow, and much less stressful than I expected. Everything was broken down into clear step-by-step instructions, and I received plenty of helpful messages and updates from Upsolve along the way. The phone call I had with their team was especially valuable — they patiently answered all of my questions and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. I started the process in January 2026, submitted all my documents by mid-February, and was fully discharged in June. It moved along fairly quickly and smoothly. Best of all, Upsolve allowed me to handle everything successfully without spending the $2,500+ I would have had to pay for an attorney — money I simply didn't have. They made filing bankruptcy accessible and affordable when I needed it most. I would highly recommend Upsolve to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves needing to file bankruptcy. They truly helped me get a fresh start. Thank you, Upsolve! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
