Very poor service from UPS SCS. We pay over 4.000 euros for an airfreight shipment from the US to The Netherlands. They left the shipment at the pick-up point for weeks after we instructed UPS to pick it up. Fingerpointing to other departments but no action. Awful experience and it was not the first time this happened. We will not use them anymore.

I chose 3 day's air freights, it was really important to me, than this parcel will be delivered on time. It took 2 weeks to deliver it. Woman on the phone just sell to me a pure lie about time of delivery.

Im having a hard time returning a item. I checked my order and my input information is correct yet the part is not. I called and spoke to a representative and they were supposed to send me a return packing slip through email. Now they reply wanting more pictures but no return information or prepaid slip. I want be doing any more business with them.

My location:not trustworthy, zero diversity for black & white people-u won't be hired, very much full of favoritism, can't be promoted if non Spanish & may b on border but Spanish is not necessary (been there over 25 yrs so I know this as fact).job description never followed & never compensated outside your job description, pile work on u, no OT to no backup for many, some office jobs to Mexico, India, Philippines after over 2400 firings (not layoffs cause u r not called back)-hire & fire at same time buying companies & selling companies-yeah makes sense, not managed well.
