I was wanting a loan as I was checking with you and my options I didn’t finish the app. And you hit my credit hard and really lowered my score thanks a lot.

Hi Danny, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with us. However, I'm surprised to hear your feedback. We do perform a "soft credit pull" as part of our a process, but that would not affect your credit score and would only occur upon completion of the application.
