They sent me an SMS claiming my domain is about to expire, even though auto-renew is set AND I have an up-to-date payment method registered. Time is money. I really don't think stealing customers time for no good reason should be acceptable (even though other registrars do this too, doesn't make it any more ok). Very happy to change my review to 5* if you guys change your practice. I think you can even advertise this, this practice is a true scurge across providers. And it has a huge "boy that cried wolf" effect. I have dozens of domains. SOMETIMES I actually leave auto-renew off accidentally, but I never know when because most providers always say they expire. Literally, you should fix this and advertise that you only remind people when their renewal is truely at risk. Nobody likes wasting time.

Updating from 2 to 3 stars after discussing further with CS. Still dissatisfied that things were not explained clearly right away, but I hope the problem is resolved now. Original: The website and interface are fine, pricing and policies are clear, but the CS is horrible. They don't know how to clearly communicate in a helpful way. They told me my information was wrong without explaining what they consider to be wrong or what needs to be modified.

Super fast support, cheap domain

I am a recurring customer of this company and have been using several of their plans (for me and some of my clients). Not only are the plans very convenient price-wise, they also offer excellent support. Their sales and support departments are the ones I have had the chance to interact more. They were very quick to reply and address my questions and needs.
