UpEquityReviews of upequity.com

This was my first experience working with UpEquity. Another realtor in my office had used them and had a very positive experience. After losing out on several homes, I suggested that my clients contact UpEquity. Sandra Zuniga is the best! She is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. She was prompt in answering my texts and calls. The whole process was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend UpEquity to clients and colleagues. I look forward to working with Sandra again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sandra! She is absolutely fantastic… very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend UpEquity and mainly highly recommend Sandra Zuñiga. Thank you Sandra for all your hard work and making this process painless!

before working with Cody, I shopped loans casually for over one month and didn't realize how much weighing of a powerful loan officer could become a game-changer to the seller. after 6 unsuccessful offers and I accidentally tried with upEquity, it turned out perfect, to-the-point communication, stream IT portal, powerful loan officer and the whole team, and competitive loan rates! This is absolutely only and the best choice if you are thinking to grab the house in a competitive market and close in 17 days with a powerful all-cash offer. and their rates are not bad, i cant believe it with only 6.5% down payment and about conventional rate, i got the dream house. thank you Cody thank you Upequity, you made my Texas home dream come true. Highly recommend!!!

Greg was the best to work with. Super responsive to all of our questions and always had an answer for us. Such an easy process, highly recommend to everyone!

Easiest process ever. Their Cash Offer allowed me to buy my home in competitive east Austin market. We closed in 14 days!

We were absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Sandra Zuniga. She is very knowledgeable and diligently walked us through the refinancing process and addressed all our questions, concerns in detail and on time. From her introductory email to the closing date, she frequently provided us with updates on the market rates, loan application, and the closing process. Her coordination with the title company was exceptional which certainly helped us sail through the closing process with ease. If an opportunity arises, we will certainly seek her/Upequity service for our future mortgage needs. She is pleasant to work with and we will be happy to recommend her to our friends and colleagues.

I cannot say enough good things about Cody Smart & UpEquity! I had lot of complications during my recent purchase of a multi-family property. I can say with 100% confidence that without Cody's help, we would not have closed it on time. Due to my earlier bad call, I had gone with another lender who could not get an appraiser in the hot Austin market. They sat on it for 2 weeks without any result. Once I made the decision to switch to UpEquity, Cody was with me every step of the way. They got the appraiser lined up in 2 days! He was always conservative in his promises, but always over-delivered.. he is my new mortgage guy moving forward!!

As an agent in a very hot market (Austin, TX) allowing clients to work with UpEquity is a gamechanger. The team was also very responsive. We pushed up closing and the team was able to get it done in record time despite several obstacles!
