A vacuum I purchased 12/2025. Should be under the 1 yr warranty. They have no way to get in contact for warranty claims. Both emails I was able to locate including support@uosogishop and info@uosogi come back as undeliverable. Going through their Amazon page also does not work. It just reroutes to Amazon who will not help. Horrible company.
