Uolova HairReviews of uolova.com

I ordered a wig from them two weeks ago it is still in processing, they do not send out the product do not trust this wig company. I cannot even believe I have to write a review like this but PLEASE BEWARE

Do not trust this company ! I repeat , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!! I ordered three units based the instagram comments and I regret it . I have not received the units nor a tracking number for the units. Whenever I send an email I receive an automated reply. I can't give a review of the units since I haven't received them , but based on customer NO care alone I will never ever do business with them again . I will be disputing the charges on my account. I ordered the units September 25 2023 and today in real time as I leave this review , it is October 16 2023. Currently no tracking , no package. I found a phone number on tier website and called it several times. It's a Google number and you can never trust someone with a Google number in my experience . After several tries someone answered the phone in an unprofessional tone, " Hello." Me: When can I expect my package? Her: What is your order number? I gave it to her. Her: It will be Monday. Me: Why haven't I received a tracking number or a response to all of my emails? Her: Its only the two of us. Me: You still should send some type of email or respond to your clients. That was the end of the conversation. I went to instagram to ask them about my order and I was flagged for asking and couldn't comment for 24 hours. I wasn't rude. I ask for my order. They have a Youtube channel as well. I will be informing as many content creators and subscribers as possible . DO NOT TRUST UOLOVA! Update : There are many more complaints . Uolova, sends out ads to my email almost daily and I can't opt out because the unsubscribe tab does not work. I can't click on it and unsubscribe. I received a notice by Trust Pilot asking me for more information or my review of this company will be deleted. What else can I prove ? I have my emails to them if you want me to post them all asking and begging for my products. I have since received two units out of the three. The 2nd unit wasn't what I ordered at all. There are so many of us. Google Uolova Hair and you will see the complaints . if I could upload the screen shots to my emails here I would . Trust Pilot should not take down my review because this isn't a joke. This is a real personal experience . I have emails dated back from September 2023 . The first ordered was placed September 27, 2023. I ordered 2 units and a few days later I ordered one more. To this day I regret ever purchasing from them . As I have clearly stated , I have the proof . I can't upload the emails and photos of the units here , but if I could I would. There are thousands of complaints about this company. I hope Trust Pilot doesn't take my review down, because consumers need to know .

I ordered 1 wig 2 weeks ago and it’s still in processing. There isn’t a way yo talk to anybody and I paid 91 dollars for this wig, it’s so sad that companies are doing this kind of raggedy sh.. I received the wig it was not a 1B that I ordered but a brown2 it was ok but I wasn’t the quality I expected. They didn’t cheat me by not sending anything they cheated me by not sending me the product I ordered color or quality.

Haven't got any tracking info about my order been emailing back n forth now its dead silence Haven't received confirmation email or nothing think this is a straight scam

They do not need a star. The hair is horrible. They took my money and I sent the hair back. They will not return my phone calls or respond to any emails. The email keep coming back to sender. The hair is crap!!!! Keep your money

I placed order on 9/12, no tracking information can’t even get in touch with customer service. I hope it comes before my vacation. I’m about to cry. I hope I can change this rating to a 5 if my hair come

This company is horrible and is a scam. I ordered my hair in july, received it a month later. The wig was not what was advertised. I sent product back on Aug 3rd within there 30 day time frame. As of today Sep 9th I still have not received my money back. I paid through afterpay and they are no help at all. I see multiple people have complained about this company through afterpay and afterpay still have them as a customer 🤔. This company is scamming people through afterpay as well.

***Update*** It's almost October and they have had their wig and my money since 07/03/2023. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK? I'VE DONE MY PART. PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY. ***Update*** I finally heard back from them, but get this. It wasn’t to apologize and issue my refund. They had the nerve to ask me to delete my reviews on Trustpilot. “Go straight to hell, Ike!” SEND ME MY MONEY It’s been over 2 months and I still have not received my refund or anything other than an auto reply to my emails. I’ve called several times and have not been able to speak with anyone.
