Ordered the chip and then no longer needed it. Asked for instructions on how to return the chip and they would not respond. I know that they only provide 50% of the money back but I couldn't even get that! Horrible customer service.

This is a pure a Scam, and a rip-off, I ordered one and did not work, send a few emails never got a response, even made a few phone calls he answered and pretended like there was a bad connection after found out who I was. It is a shame we have a seller like this guy a nobody is doing anything to stop him.

Straight Rip Off I just got this chip and it didn’t work at all. States 100% guarantee but that is just a scam. No return and no response back to the emails. All the people on this website that leave good reviews probably working for this company. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID, IT’S A COMPLETE SCAM & RIP OFF.

I just got this chip and it completely doesn’t work, it says 100% guarantee but that is just a MARKETING SCAM. I tried to return it and they never responded. All the people on this website that leave good reviews are workers for the website, just look at their names, it is COMPLETELY FAKE! WARNING! THERE IS NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!!

Just another scam site from what I can tell. I purchased an "unlock chip" and received a little thin thing about a week later. It didn't work. I noticed it didn't look like the one they show on their website for my son's specific device so I stupidly REORDERED the more expensive yet correct chip. I got the VERY SAME CHIP in the mail a week later. I have emailed the company but naturally get no response. Their phone number is also not worth mentioning because it just says that the mailbox is full. I bet it is. Avoid this company.
